The eye

"One summer day my city was surprised with the sight of that enormous eye looking at us, without blinking once. It lasted several hours, enough time to have some airforce planes be sent to check on it, but strangely enough, it seemed impossible. No matter how far and up in the sky the planes tried to get, they couldn't reach that eye, making it seem it was further away than it seemed. And bigger. It kept looking around until it finally closed and then, it dissapeard to never be seen again.
To me the creepy thing wasn't its size or its sudden presence, but the detail that it had "wrinkles" around it that made it seem like it belong to the sky itself... as it was alive"
