Creating an account on Chillart is simple and free:

1. Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner
2. Enter your email address and choose a username
3. Create a strong password
4. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
5. Complete your profile by adding an avatar and bio (optional)

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password"
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Check your email for a password reset link (check spam folder if you don't see it)
4. Click the link and enter your new password
5. Log in with your new password

If you don't receive the email within 15 minutes, please contact our support team.

To delete your Chillart account:

1. Go to your Account Settings
2. Scroll down to the "Account Management" section
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Read the information about what happens when you delete your account
5. Enter your password to confirm
6. Click "Permanently Delete Account"

Chillart supports the following image formats:

• JPEG/JPG: Most common format, great for photos
• PNG: Supports transparency, good for digital art
• WebP: Modern format with better compression

Maximum file size: 25MB per image for free accounts

Recommended dimensions: At least 1200px on the longest side for best quality.

Upload Unlimited

• Daily Upload Limit: 50 artworks per day for all users

If you're having trouble uploading images, try these solutions:

1. Check file size: Ensure your image is under 20MB (50MB for premium)
2. Check format: Make sure it's in JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG format
3. Clear browser cache: Sometimes cached data can cause issues
4. Try a different browser: Some browsers work better than others
5. Disable browser extensions: Ad blockers or privacy extensions might interfere
6. Check internet connection: Slow connection can cause timeouts

If none of these work, please contact support with:

• Browser name and version
• Operating system
• File format and size you're trying to upload
• Any error messages you see

If your artwork isn't showing up, it could be due to:

• Privacy settings: Check if your artwork is set to "Private"
• Cache issues: Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
• Account restrictions: Check if your account has any restrictions

If your artwork doesn't appear within 15 minutes:

1. Contact support if it's been more than 24 hours

To report content or users on Chillart:

1. For artwork: Click the three dots (⋯) on the artwork and select "Report"
2. For comments: Hover over the comment and click the flag icon
3. For users: Visit their profile and click "Report User"
4. For messages: Click the report button in the message thread

When reporting, please select the reason:

• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Spam or scams
• Copyright infringement
• Adult or explicit content
• Other (please specify)

Growing your following takes time and effort. Here are some tips:

• Quality over quantity: Share your best work consistently
• Engage with others: Like, comment, and follow other artists
• Use tags wisely: Add relevant tags to your artwork (5-10 recommended)
• Complete your profile: Add a profile picture, bio, and links
• Join challenges: Participate in community events and challenges
• Share on social media: Cross-promote your Chillart content
• Be active in groups: Join and participate in relevant groups
• Respond to comments: Engage with people who comment on your work
