Important: ChillArt is a neutral hosting platform for user-generated content. We do not create, endorse, or guarantee any user content. You use the Platform at your own risk.

ChillArt may remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content at any time. We are not obligated to monitor content, and our moderation does not make us responsible for User Content.
Platform liability: You understand that ChillArt is not responsible for User Content or user conduct. If you see content that violates these Terms, please report it.
To maintain a positive and creative environment, all users must follow these Community Guidelines. These guidelines apply to all content you post, including artwork, comments, forum posts, and profile information.

All artwork must be created by you. No AI-generated art, traced works, or stolen content.
Treat fellow artists with kindness. No harassment, hate speech, or bullying allowed.
Do not post repetitive content, excessive advertisements, misleading links, or other forms of spam.
Artists may share commission information in artwork descriptions, artwork images, profile biographies, journals, and forum posts when relevant. Excessive advertising or spam is not allowed.
Nudity, real gore, and illegal content are strictly prohibited. Use the "Sensitive Content" tag when needed.
Don't upload copyrighted characters, logos, or designs without permission. Fan art is welcome!
Please choose the most appropriate category and add relevant tags to help others discover your work.
Please respect and follow instructions from our moderators. They are here to help maintain a positive community.
Low quality, unfinished, or poorly executed artwork may be removed. We encourage artists to take their time and submit their best work.
If your artwork is still in progress, please share it in the WIP Forum. The main gallery is for completed, polished pieces only.
Artwork, posts, or comments primarily intended to promote, support, oppose, or campaign for political parties, politicians, ideologies, or political movements are not allowed.
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account suspension depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. Moderators may remove content or take action against accounts that violate these guidelines or the Terms of Service.
Quality over quantity! It's better to post one amazing piece than multiple rushed artworks. Your reputation grows with each quality submission.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, to operate the Platform, you grant ChillArt a limited license.

No. Artwork uploaded to ChillArt is not used to train AI models, and ChillArt does not sell artwork to AI companies.

ChillArt does not authorize third parties to use uploaded artwork for AI training without the artist's permission.
Note: No online platform can completely prevent scraping. Our policy reflects our commitment to protecting artists' rights,
not a technical guarantee against all automated collection.
Copyright complaints: If you believe your work is infringed, contact us at [email protected] with proof of ownership and the URL(s) in question. We may remove content and may ban repeat infringers.
You agree to use ChillArt respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

ChillArt is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that content will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChillArt is not liable for:
Cap on liability: To the extent allowed by law, ChillArt's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to ChillArt in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $10 USD if you paid nothing).
Platform neutrality: ChillArt is a neutral hosting provider for user-generated content and is not the publisher of User Content. Where applicable, ChillArt relies on intermediary liability protections such as: EU eCommerce Directive / DSA principles, US 47 U.S.C. §230, and similar protections under Moroccan law.
DMCA-style notices (US): For US-related complaints, ChillArt may follow DMCA safe-harbor processes (17 U.S.C. §512).
Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChillArt and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your User Content or your violation of these Terms.
Changes: We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we may provide notice. Continued use means acceptance.
Local law: You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. ChillArt disclaims responsibility for unlawful use by users in any jurisdiction.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant ChillArt permission to host and display it so the platform can work.
You are responsible for what you upload and do. ChillArt is not liable for user content or user behavior.
We can remove content or ban accounts that violate rules to keep ChillArt safe.
