Public content: Your username, profile page, and the artworks you publish are visible to other users and visitors by design. Don’t post private information in public areas.
We avoid sensitive data: Chillart is not built to collect government IDs, precise GPS location, or payment card details (unless you use a future payment feature handled by a trusted provider).
We use your information to operate Chillart, improve it, and keep it safe:

Content rules note: Chillart focuses on human-made digital art and photography. We may review content and reports to enforce platform rules (e.g., no explicit adult content, no real gore).

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid government request, or to protect the rights and safety of Chillart and users.

Public by design: If you publish an artwork, other users can view it, share its link, and interact with it.
