What learning method you prefer ??

There are quite a few errors in my drawings—for instance, with perspective or anatomy—and I want to improve. So, is it better to practice, or to learn—as the saying goes—"on the fly"??

I'd say both. Practice is important, but targeted study helps a lot too. If you notice a weakness like anatomy or perspective, spend some time learning that specific topic and then apply it in your next drawings. That's usually the fastest way to improve.

That makes a lot of sense—thanks for the advice! May I ask if you have any resources, artists, or exercises you would recommend for studying perspective and anatomy?

I'd definitely recommend Proko for anatomy and DrawABox for perspective. One exercise that helped me was drawing simple 3D shapes and then building characters from them. For anatomy, gesture drawing from photo references is great practice too. Just try not to get stuck studying forever apply what you learn in actual drawings and you'll improve much faster.
